Welcome to Yogamaya Therapy & Wellness! I'm so glad you are considering counseling to help you take this next step in your healing journey. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space for you to feel comfortable discussing and processing what is holding you back from living the life you want. Single Session


Single sessions are 50 minutes long. This is the most common length of time for counseling sessions and would be a great choice when getting started with counseling.

Double Session 


Extended 90 minute sessions are available as well. These sessions are great for EMDR, diving into deeper topics, or if you'd just like some extra time to process and reflect.

I am paneled with many insurance providers. Every plan is different, so I encourage you to contact your insurance to see what your plan covers for mental health care.
